    The first session begins after a comprehensive assessment, followed by a detailed discussion about your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and the medications you are currently taking. Based on this evaluation, the session focuses on helping you understand the correct breathing, movement, and exercise patterns that are appropriate for your condition. This forms the foundation of your rehabilitation program and ensures that all future sessions are safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs
